These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AnnzoCart.com and any purchase you make through it. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. Guest checkout is available for customers who prefer not to register.
2. Product listings and pricing
We aim for accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors can occur. If a listed price or description is incorrect, we'll contact you before fulfilling the affected order — you may cancel that item at no charge. Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time before an order is placed.
3. Orders and availability
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when your order is confirmed. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation — occasionally an item sells out between browsing and checkout, in which case we'll notify you and adjust or refund the affected item.
4. Delivery and pickup
Delivery windows and pickup times shown at checkout are estimates. See our Delivery Information and Shipping Policy pages for full details on fees, service areas, and timing.
5. Payments
Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully authorized. Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their own stated terms and may not be combined unless noted.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, scraping content without permission, or using AnnzoCart for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

AnnzoCart is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it, beyond the amount paid for the order in question.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
